Not 100% sure but there some open source API's can be used for this purpose.

Unofficial Bitcoin Talk Forums API
[C# / .NET] Unofficial Bitcointalk API - Get info from boards, topics and posts

Also since bitcointalk.org is public, you can ready any pages without need to login or authentication. So any simple bot can do the work. Ready the HTML, parse it accordingly so you should be able to read username and other details pretty easily.

Now since you can read every thing you can import it into excel sheet and track you campaign participants from there.

One can do that but only after asking participants to post something on their topic, but isn't asking people to post on topic against forum rules?

reply on the thread that you join a campaign
Buddy this will result in moderators banning the user or deleting the Topic.

It depends on the thread, if it is for bounty then it will be okay, same as when you do a report.
You won't post proof of authentication on bitcoin discussion right?

I doubt that buddy. Even in bounty threads it is not allowed to post that you have joined or something similar.

Proof of authentication is posting authentication message using your account and you copy that link to paste it on google form.
Like bounty manager sylon required to you to post on his thread if you join his bounty.
If you join bounty campaigns then reply on the thread that you join a campaign and if you not join the don't post proof of aunthentication. Simply as that.

Hope I am posting this in correct section.

Suppose an Altcoin plans to Airdrop exclusively to Bitcointalk Forum Members, how do they authenticate whether the participant is a member of the forum or not?

I have seen some bounty managers asking members for an authentication post like following, but is this okay as per forum rules?

Code:
Authentication for blahblah coin:
Telegram username: blahblahtelgram
Twitter username: blahblahtweeto

Also, bounty managers like needmoney just ask airdrop participants to post their profile link. I feel this is not a fool proof way to authenticate as anybody can post anybody's profile link.

Is there any other way one can authenticate bitcointalk members without breaking any rule??

Thanks
