To summarize: if you don't want to see your twitter account temporarily or permanently banned, don't join twitter campaign bounties.
Bounty hunters join hundreds of campaigns, if each campaign asks to retweet only 10 tweets a week, you can do the math..

That's not the case. Even those accounts outside crypto also getting suspended.

Other users like to improved their twitter profiles so they will do anything to make it good. Adding random crypto users day by day until limit, doing several non sense tweets just to promote something, doing several tweets with a bit of short links etc.

Twitter is fine for several tweets as long as the said account complies with the terms.

I am very much against spamming on social media accounts especially on personal accounts which one uses to connect with friends and family.
To avoid getting accounts suspended, the solution is to avoid spamming on Twitter by regularly retweeting and following accounts at an above normal rate.

Well, it's not actually as they care. I've never seen a HQ twitter account joining bounties. All of them had 0 retweets, 0 likes, probably a near-zero number of impressions, but 20-30 tweets/retweets a week (usually "good project", "thanks", "i hope this go to moon" or similar. No one wants to see this kind of stuff in their timeline.

My twitter account was suspended half years ago. It was suddenly without warning and I sent email to their support many times. They answered me same email again and again. It say I was violation their rule. I have only used for crypto bounty. I twitted double time by mistake, then I was suspended immediately, it looks like a permanent ban. I used that account over one year and tried to rescue the account, but they just ignored my appeals. It seems to be no way I can get my account back.Sad

I do not think there are rules in Twitter that explicitly provide a penalty or a ban when promoting cryptocurrencies but most of what happens because of the spam and paid subscriptions.

It was a wave of closing accounts back in the day, when the Bitcoin price was high. Many traders were affected, some were temporary banned some completely deleted. I was following those and my account was also got suspended for sharing charts, and price predictions and basically for not providing telephone number to "secure my account".
For example this guy was banned for about a month > https://twitter.com/cryptocred
Of course big part of those who got suspended were bots, imposers and fraudsters for sure, so sharing crypto-related info can get you in trouble.

It is assumed that the interaction with the accounts is based on the fact that the user has a large number of true followers who may wish to know a new project based on the experience of their friend and not like what is happening now "random accounts in order to participate in too many numbers of campaigns without verifying their credibility."

I have read people complaining that their Twitter accounts got suspended without a proper reason as to why. Yes they were involved in bounty promotions and probably got suspended for that but without twitter providing a proper reason besides stating a breach of TOS.

Trust me, my twitter account was clean. I didn't have any of those so-called apps having permissions to access my account. my follower where organic and the account is old.
The Twitter support team admitted that their bot thought my account was being suspicious hence the suspensions but they never came up with any solution to prevent my account from getting blocked weekly. So, I left twitter just like that.

Most times the cause of suspension of twitter account is due to the Apps we give permission into our accounts

I gave up on Twitter and the account too. I got fed up of the stress

Have you tried revoking those automated API apps you linked to your account when participating in the bounty campaigns? One of the major reasons account get suspension is due to the App will give access to our account. Majority of these app tweet without your knowledge and something even after you're done with your bounty and don't revokes the app, Twitter spam bot keeps reading your likes and retweets as spam promoted via those app

It might be a good idea to only have a small percentage of tweets that are advertising something. I suspect most people who participate in ICO twitter campaigns have followers who mostly are other spammers and this kind of advertising isn't very effective.

Anyone who is tweeting something they are compensated for, should either used the #ad hashtag, or otherwise indicate there is a sponsorship. I see this almost never happen.

You most of the time get banned from social media platforms like twitter for going against there rules but I don't like promoting any cryptocurrency project is against the rules

I have see lot of Twitter fans complaining of bot getting their account suspended which sometimes leads to banned. Too many hashtag, tagging friends is not the reason for  suspension but their bot is getting weaker, hackers might leverage on it to steal personnel data of users if the bug is not fist.

I had a twitter account that kept getting suspended every week apparently for suspicious activity. Funny thing is that during that period of bans I wasn't tweeting, I wasn't tagging anyone, I wasn't even following anyone but I would still get the bans.

I would unblock it then after one week on checking it would be blocked again. I tried to complain to twitter support and all they would say is; "Sorry our bot probably thought that you were engaged in suspicious activity." That's all with no solution  Undecided

I gave up on Twitter and the account too. I got fed up of the stress.

A happy family is but an earlier heaven!
This is a post by Pascal author on web bounty0x, I found it useful for you to bring over here.

Some of our users have pointed out that their Twitter account was suspended after they participated in a handful of Twitter bounties. Twitter has strict anti-spam policies, and will quickly suspend accounts that seem to be engaged in them.

This guide aims to briefly point what you can do in order to avoid getting suspended on Twitter, while participating in Twitter bounties.

List of things to watch out for when participating in a twitter bounty:
Only post high-quality tweets. Low quality quoted retweets like "This is good" or "Good job team" will likely get flagged by Twitter and may get your account suspended.
Don't use too many hashtags (#example) or cashtags ($BNTY). A good tweet should not need more than 2-3 hashtags and/or cashtags.
Do not tag too many people in a tweet. Tagging up to 3-5 people in a tweet shouldn't be a problem. However, if you tag significantly more accounts then these users may report you for spam, which could get your account suspended.
Do not purchase likes/retweets for a tweet. Twitter can easily detect unusual behavior and may suspend your account if it notices that the like/retweet profile of your tweets is not natural.
Do not tweet excessively. Focus on quality over quantity, making dozens of tweets per day may get your account flagged by Twitter for suspicious behavior.
Do not mass follow other accounts. Following hundreds of accounts a day in an aim to get some to "follow back" to increase your own following may get your account suspended by Twitter.
