Switch off your TV and live your life. There is already way too much heavy and unnecessary information we need to care with us day by day.

I consider that it is necessary not to watch TV, because there are a lot of unnecessary advertising that only reports negative and possibly even false information. In the modern world, movies can be watched without advertising on the Internet.

i will say its better if you stay away from TV and news , they are only ruin the peoples life, so try to be selective of what u see and what u hear

How to avoid international problems from news or overhelming adverts in TV watching ? You are looking good movie and then you must also look on adverts, in which you are not interested or listen political problems with North Korea, Iran or Russia from news each day ?
My solution is not having a television in my place. I only have a laptop and I'm into selective watching. I just download tv shows or serials that i would like to watch . For that reason, I'm not undergoing any of these stupid tv shows , news or problems.
