Break a couple of dozen desks, and then it will pass when you get tired of buying new ones. Here you have to either sit down and thoroughly comprehend your life and priorities or go to a qualified specialist that will do it for you.

Even if someone in your team is really doing it wrong, then why the hell should your poor desk suffer from this. It didn't do anything bad to you.

Actually, this is not only about games, it is a very good and extensive question.
Rage and other negative emotions come on their own, and you can’t control them (I know how it is when I accidentally broke walls and crushed the refrigerator when I was 14-15 years old, when I had these emotions of rage, when I didn’t like something). I had this because of my age, a little later I learned to control my emotions and be more rational in this regard.
Therefore, I will say so. If you have puberty, then this is normal, it will pass in a year or two. Just try to use this energy (or rage) for good.
If you always have this rage, then you need to learn to control it. You need to understand that this makes no sense.
I am currently a rather calm person, because I am guided by the mind, for me the rationality of my actions is more important. I also relate to other people the same, if people do something wrong, it does not cause me any emotions.
But nothing will work out right away, only after years of practice, you will be able to control your condition. And even in games.

I used to be titled when I was playing video games.
By the time I realized that my behavior was not normal I stopped playing this game. If you are getting titled then you do not enjoy playing this game so you should better quit it. It is better for your health in the end.

As the title says Tongue

I am a well-known rager that even my neighbors have heard me yelling sometimes and desk slamming is a normal event for me. Sometimes I start speaking shit that I don't even know what the hell I am saying. Cheesy . You guys might know Ron Rambo Kim, just saw his video on How to avoid tilting in game and I think, I am gonna start following it or I would have get a new table every month and I can't afford that. Also, while looking for Hambinooo on google, I found that Rambo Kim and Hambinooo's quotes on tilting for gamers who don't rage like us but play such games that gets the worst out of us so here's to the community.

S1mple teach me how to slam desk actually so can't stop myself now! So I gotta get my shit together because sometimes I just lose the senses in CSGO or Apex because of shitty teammates. Constantly getting ranked down bcz of consecutive losses.

Me while Tilting:
  • Desk Slamming
    Talking shit
    Yelling for no reason

How r u tilting?

Easy, games that make people rage are not for me. So you rage because your teammate did something you wouldn't have done yourself, too bad you cannot be all your teammates and control them at the same time...

The CS attitude, i have seen it since the first one, v1.5 (pre Steam) that people used to play in cafes. Thats the reason i avoided that game and went for others were i could laugh and not care about rankings, such as bf1942 and bf2 (and their mods).

Then when moba came around, the whole thing repeated. So i also avoided them mobas. I want to play something to enjoy not to get irritated. I went for MMOs or MMORPGs, you occasionally get bad guildmates, but that is easily fixed by leaving and joining another or making your own. It sucked a bit for people in certain space game where an infamous corp did meta exploits to win battles (given you could lose an asset that took 2 years of real time to obtain). So if the game becomes too much work like that's also not a good thing.

Another shoot and laugh game would be Team Fortress 2 and its mods. Before the team based fps games the norm was being the lone "Rambo", so you would go frag fest alone, try to be serious at time, or do silly things at other. I remember once being accused of aiming bot because it was kinda randomly shooting in certain quake map to places were people usually ran to, and happened one kill shot a lot of players that day, that was too funny of course normally you wouldn't be able to do that but luck was on my side heh. And the aimbot thing was false of course Tongue

If you cannot contain your rage you cannot perform properly and will get killed even more which would make rage more and do worse. I think that's one of the reasons soldiers (and fastfood part timers) are constantly yelled at by their superiors, is so they can learn to cope with humiliation without "tilting". They literally drill the "tilt" out from you, just obey orders and shut up, etc.

If you fail, go again, switch teammates, whatever. Or play another game. Just avoid things that make you rage, the world is full of fun and adventure to waste it on idiots.

I have the same behavior before but gladly, I have managed myself to get out of it and change for the better me. Did you even come up to the point that you have a sparring with your Lan opponents?

This is a basic thing when you go from café to café and start a fight and you made them look like noobs. Gamers play as if the game is a very important thing and I understand that because I myself experienced it and if you have cancer teammates, you need to adjust. The best resolution for this is to accept if you have those type of teammates and if you lose, accept it lightly.

It is just a game. Everyone have the same rules. Sometimes I am angry at developer decisions and game balance changes, but remember - it is just a game! Take it easy!

Having cool head and thinking how to game the opponent is how to make victory out of bad situation.
