I have a wallet with 14 addresses inside, I want to back these up to another PC (ie Move them completely), Is this just as simple as copying the wallet folder (ie the .dat file), and loading it onto another PC?

I know the password so this should work without any errors, correct?

Yep, that's all there is to it. But don't forget to do it after every transaction. And also move it to a PC or device not connected to the net. A USB stick for example.
That is excessive. You only need to backup once per 100 sent transactions.

Or use electrum and you can get all your private keys back from a single key phrase. No backin up required (except of the keyphrase if you can't remember 12 words)
