Do you mean the directory I installed the Bitcoin client to? Or do you mean the Appdata\Roaming\Bitcoin directory?

And what is -rescan?

Thanks!

Appdata\Roaming\Bitcoin directory

and

bitcoin-qt.exe -rescan

-rescan is not needed in this case (and hasn't been since 0.3.21).

I was able to backup my wallet, although I don't know how I can import it back into the bitcoin client when testing on another computer. Right now I'm using version 0.6.3-beta.

I'm going to be upgrading to 64 bit Windows 7, so I'd like to make a COMPLETE backup of my wallet and all addresses.

Thanks!
