To begin with, as previously advised, you need to increase the rating and gain trust.
Now there is a lot of competition in the field of bounty management, but I think you will succeed.

I know this is not an easy job because manager has full responsibility for "hunters", especially for their payments. But I want to know, where can I get new project that wants to do a bounty campaign? maybe there is a website that provides such a service or something else?

I mean there are some low ranks bounty managers but most likely members will not trust you since they want something that is guaranteed services.

In the end, it might end up getting an escrow service in the forum so participants will have no doubts that they are going to get the payment, but if you want to be a bounty manager you just need projects to hire you to manage the signature campaign here in the forum.

But to do that you gonna need a good profile here in the forum and as well as a good portfolio for your service, something like your past campaign that you manage, you can see some of the portfolios of top bounty managers here in the forum on the services section.

If you want to become a Bounty Manager, then explore this market, famous Bounty Manager on this forum.
You should not take on all projects, because if the project is scammed, then you will lose the trust of the community and your career will quickly end.

and other bounty managers.
I think that this market is decreasing, well-known bounty managers and companies with a reputation in the market will find their clients, and you will have to work actively for more than one year for the sake of reputation

With such low rank no one would choose you as a bounty manager. And there is no website that searches for bounty managers. Try creating a topic in Services, offering your services. Also ask other bounty managers, if they would allow you to do their job (checking social media tasks done for instance) for free, because you need to build portfolio.

Everyone can be one, you just open a thread in the service section that you provide such a service and there you go but there are another things to consider before becoming one. Advertising scammy projects can end your career very quickly, so you need to make a lot of research before accepting a job.

Ideally projects would find you, by recommendation or personal research. When a company visits this forum with plans of advertising, they would either already have a representative on the forum or would be looking for a manager.
If they are looking for someone to work with, it's likely they would explore the different boards, including services sections and some names would stick out as managers (due to previous work), they would then choose among this pool.

Building your reputation and showing your dexterity in handling campaigns would help you get noticed. It's however a very highly contested field with lots of capable users offering their service.

It wasn't an easy job indeed especially if what the company is looking for are quality posters and you have to judge if the poster is really doing their job or not, it needs good judgement. Mostly you have to find for it or there are others that posting here looking for bounty managers but I think it's more on finding company that want to do some signature or bounty campaign.
