Put yourself in the investor shoes. If you have to part with money, what would you want to see? Not so much people you can trust, but guarantess and assurances.

You want to see a company that proves it can run well, with proof that is has a good business model. So complete and transparent information and an actual business, not just a group of 5 people with nice headshots and a crypto personality on Twitter:)

To answer you title which is obviously a question, first thing you need to do is not to screw them over just because you have control over their money. Second is you deliver what you promise. Third is never admit that you make a mistake, tell them that it is just a minor roadblock that you have to cross and that you will be bringing back their money xfold despite facing a lot of problems.

In my own opinion, just introduce your business in him/ her politely and precisely concise but understandable, in that way you can attract investor to invest in your company, if they think they can make money in your company if they invited their money in your company.

Show to them the real of you, then they can easily put their trust in you.

Nobody can/will do it for a random person over the internet.

I suggest you make a proper introduction of yourself and your idea. And to start the relationship correctly, do not sugar coat your idea. Be honest.
You are right and when investors do see that honestly and seriousness about project proposals then it would be possibly able to caught their attention which might result into some funding support.

Don't sugarcoat or having that deceiving kind of way on suggesting or presenting things because sooner or later they would really be able to know on whats the truth.

Show passion, honesty and of course your dedication towards the project.Investors aren't really that dumb on not to see those behaviors and qualities.

Is this just about communicating with your investors and giving them up-to-date news and announcements regarding your project's progress? If you can't find a service provider here. Search through LinkedIn where you might find the PR team and people that may work for you.

Btw, what's your company and other details?
