Payza offers Bitcoin withdrawals directly, and we also have authorized exchangers that can sell you bitcoins as well. A Bitcoin exchange as you described it, between a Payza member and a private seller is considered an unauthorized exchange and goes against the Payza User Agreement. In part, these activities are not allowed because of the scenarios you mentioned.

Only buyers with high trust will be able to buy using paypal or payza. Even then, the buyer will need to pay high premium.

Good suggestoin, seem to be worth a trial
I did check it out

I have used virwox before as well, first times took 48 hours to send me the coins.
But I think that has to do with address age as well. I am not sure but I think if you are withdrawing to a newly generated address it takes 48 hours.

I think there's many, but not by paypal official. By someone or some online exchange that accept paypal.
Try to search via Google, there's many. And don't forget to careful for scam. Its so many exchanger scam..

If you buy bitcoin with paypal, the chances that someone will chargeback is very high. So I recommend using an escrow.
