Well bitcoin mining helps to prevent censorship of buying so that is a possibility.

Try localbitcoins.com, liberalcoins.com, localmonero.co or paxful.com or search for crypto meetups in your city. If you cant find a local seller for cash, you can buy bitcoin with giftcards (e.g. amazon gift cards -> purse.io) or some online payments.
I guess it is just possible, if you trust somebody, send him/her money (e.g. bank transfer/paypal), he/she buys it with a small additional fee for you and transferes it to another wallet.

Can anyone tell me that. how to buy bitcoin in India without KYC and convert to hard cash or bank transfer. knowing of that our government banned all the crypto's in India.
