I want to buy some bitcoins, but the fees associated with sending fiat money to the exchange are so high. Aproximately 3,6% in fee. How can I buy bitcoins from an exchange and avoid this crazy fee???
What are the options you are having other than credit cards to buy bitcoins. If you have non reversible payment options like Perfect Money, you may find and exchanger from this forum. Still, some fees will be there.
If you want to buy with your fiats in your local region itself, then finding a seller from localbitcoins/paxful/BTC2BID would be the solution.

Good suggestion can be found on localbitcoins.

localbitcoins.com typically have a margin on 6-7%
That is a total no-go because I dont need the anonymity.

I have to buy them on an exchange to get closer to the real market price.
Haven't you tried to find local guy to have face to face deal? I think you may find few guys in your country or your residental area who are also searching for buyers to sell their bitcoin stacks and you can offer them market price in many ocassion he/she may also get agreed upon the price as he /she also have to pay fees if tries to withdraw exchanging from exchange platforms.

i am doing this too because for me, i can make small fee and its just for my friend which is selling bitcoins to me. i only send my money via ATM, then he send me the amount of bitcoin. and its done no more than five minutes beside that i feel save and secure and not paying any tax because me and my friend using the same bank company.
Good for you, since you have friends you know who are into bitcoin that makes things a lot easier, I have tried to get my friends into bitcoin but I have no persuasion skills at all.

Since you don't need anonymity, then just go meet up with someone. I don't know where are you from but in my country, the amount that you can cashout from your bitcoin wallet into your debit card or bank account has a daily limit and has an annual limit. You can only have one account and there are people in my country that reaches that maximum limit. They usually look for other people to exchange their bitcoins into fiat and the guy that holds fiat actually even gets paid.

Maybe you can find a same guy like that. You earn some money while achieving your objective to buy bitcoins.

I usually don't buy bitcoin through an exchanges, can you tell me which exchange is collecting this 3.6% deposit fee?
Is is only because you tried to use credit card or it is a standard? Because there are exchages out there which accept various other means of payments:
Neteller, Skrill, Perfect Money, Vogogo, Interac, AstroPay, Payeeer, OK PAY and many more - I doubt every single method of payment is so ridiculously fee-heavy.

I agree with this too, a face to face trade is the best way to avoid fees for both, the buyer and the seller, although there are several problems with face to face trades, like the possibility of being mugged, or maybe there is no one close by selling bitcoins in the place you live.

You can also find some trusted member here on forum to trade. But I would suggest localbitcoins, I have my best experiences for buying Bitcoin there. If you find some trader from your local community you can make transaction very easy and simple.

If you want low fees you can go to localbitcoins and do a face to face trade, although that has some other risk, you could also make a bank deposit and then they send you bitcoins.

I wanted to use CEX.IO

I live in Denmark.

The 3,6% fee is for transfering fiat from my VISA card to CEX.
Then CEX charges 0,2% (which is fair enough)
Then the bitcoin network needs 1% to get the bitcoins from cex to my wallet

Alltogether the fee to buy 1 BTC is close to 5%

Fees are vary depends on the exchange available that accepted and supported your country and yes we can't avoid that in most of the cases but rather we can find a reasonable one.

What specific exchange you are talking about with that fees and what country you from so that others can sort out some possible ways available in your location?

Just use localbitcoins and shop around for a better rate.
By the way, how is 3.6% an estimation?  Where did you get this number?
Here are Kraken's fees:

What are the options to deposit or withdraw cash through a bank and what are the fees?

Deposit options and fees
◾EUR SEPA Deposit (Free) - EEA countries only
◾EUR Bank Wire Deposit (€5) - EEA countries only
◾USD Bank Wire Deposit ($5 USD) - US only
◾USD SEPA and SWIFT Deposit (0.19%, $20 minimum)
◾GBP SEPA and SWIFT Deposit (0.19%, £10 minimum)
◾JPY Bank deposit (Free, ¥5,000 deposit minimum) - Japan only
◾CAD Wire Deposit (Free)

Withdrawal options and fees
◾EUR SEPA Withdrawal (€0.09) - EEA countries only
◾USD Bank Wire Withdrawal ($5 USD) - US only
◾USD SEPA and SWIFT withdrawal (0.19%, $20 minimum)
◾GBP SEPA and SWIFT Withdrawal (0.19%, £10 minimum)
◾JPY Bank withdrawal (¥20) - Japan only
◾CAD EFT Withdrawal ($10 CAD flat fee, $25K CAD daily max) - Canada only

I think you need to shop around.
