Thanks for the tip. I didn't knew about this before, since most centralized exchanges require KYC to comply with AML laws. But, it's nice to know that it's possible to buy Monero without verification at Binance exchange, especially via the use of Tor + VPN and a temporary email address. I was considering instant exchanges like Shapeshift, but after seeing that they've implemented KYC, I've decided to look out for other options instead.
It would be nice if Monero would be traded within a decentralized exchange, because that way, privacy and anonymity would be better (not to mention reduced risks) than in a centralized exchange. Nonetheless, I guess that the best way possible to buy Monero without being traced at all, would be to do so in a peer-to-peer fashion. By just exchanging Bitcoin to Monero in person without internet access, it would be almost impossible to track you down.
