As the hashrate is computed as estimate from block generation speed vs. current difficulty, you'll never get 'real' value. Also the less blocks you use to compute the more variable the result will be...The more blocks you use the less current the result will be  Smiley This is nice chart explaining what I am talking about

everywhere you can find charts that report total hashrate.
