I think you can get a lot of coin names by filtering all the [ANN] and [Pre-ANN] thread titles on this sub-forum and extracting the *coin string.

He doesn't need the names or the types of coins around , but the numbers of already mined amount of each coin btc , ltc or etc.
You can get that data from each coins blockexplorer , or parse coinmarketcap and trust their numbers.

How about looking to coinmarketcap or to an block explorer of each coin (requirement to get on coinmarketcap)

Hi all! Just wondering how can I calculate the number of coins in circulation for any crypto-currency like bitcoin, litecoin, dogecoin, quarkcoin etc. I am trying to do this programatically. Any help much appreciated!
