The best solution would be a peer to peer transaction.
Also please note that some exchanges allows you to withdraw even without KYC but with some daily or monthly limitations.

Kucoin also need KYC

Try Yobit.Net ,

There is also some instant exchanges that not even requires signing up ( bestchange.com ), you just put the destination address and send the coins to a given address .. but I don't think the rates there are the best, and I don't know if above a certain amount they will ask for additional informations

as far as I know, if the company needs to send you USDC they can send it directly to your wallet there are multiple wallets outside I personally use trust wallet but if you want to cashout you can withdraw with a good reputable exchange like Binance still do KYC though or using p2p exchange without KYC

and this article says https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2590051X21000058 that Morroco gov been banning crypto since 2017

Is there any solution like bitsa withdraw to ATM card ?

Such services, as Revolut (Neobanks) are generally not available for morocco.. I think that is because the resident Moroccan citizens are not permitted to have a foreign bank account. (by the  moroccan laws)

Also localcryptos.com seems to be not yet imposing KYC, (It is P2P platform)..

And regardless the fact (P2P) platform is supporting a coin or not, you should first verify if the coins is proposed/available by the annoncers..  you may also create your own offers, that's could save you the margin fees settled by annoncers wich turn around 5% to 10% the regular rates..

For localcryptos for example also remember to verify the availability of the the annoncer first, some of them share their phone number for that, it is non-custodial platform and putting funds at escrow take fees

Yobit exchange also provide a use without KYC, but be aware of withdrawal fees for specific coins before exchanging.. for Bitcoin for example it's 50k Satoshis.

Finally I think if you plan to operate more transactions in the future, Bisq will be the best option.. that if there is been moroccan users there,  #because I don't know because I never used Bisq but I heard something like it requires to put some warranty funds apart the funds you want to trade.

edit:
I would suggest you to take a look at the services section, coders, developers are regularly required and there is quit frequently announcements regarding that!

A software company want to pay me in USDC but I dont want to sign with KYC , I dont want to put my ID online is there a way to create a USDC wallet to receive payments and cash out directly ?

Thanks

I had an account on Kucoin but I never did any transaction on there. But as far as I remember you can receive and withdraw funds on your account even not having any KYC process unlike Binance.
So it's a good choice since they are also reputable.

Another option, if you have any one you personally know that use exchanges like Binance, Coinbase, etc. you can ask them to receive the payment and just give it to you in cash or via digital cash.

If there is nothing in your cupboard then you should not be afraid of kyc. Most firm online now adhere to the strick policy anti money laundry. I'm not surprised at your question. It's normal to wanting to avoid such though there are other exchange that has limit for non kyced members. You can give your shots there and see if it works out for you. And if I may ask the organization requesting for you to do kyc didn't you reached out a term and agreement on payment before you did the job? Why are they now curious on your identity after delivering services to them.

Thanks to all.

I wanted to cash out to ATM card and someone told me about bitsa card but from some reason it is not compatible with any of my 4 android phones !! I dont want to go into risky deals each time

You can try and do some deals here at bitcointalk. There are some services and P2P trading available at Currency Exchange Board and in case you don’t want to risk any deals, you can ask for an Escrow to make no scam will happen during the trade. Escrow service requires minimal fee but there some trusted users here that will provide that for free.

How this helps you on doing P2P deals.
CMIIW but if he is looking for exchanging USDC against fiat it's certainly more accurate to look at the Altcoins Marketplace. On top of that he can find trustworthy Moroccan members in the Arabic or French speaking local sections. There is even a marketplace section at the french speaking board.

BTW the ANN of Bisq is here if he is looking for https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-bisq-exchange-decentralized-5230289

I don't think it's ok to say here or not but make a fake ID for KYC and use it in binance or kucoin. It's helpful for many people. i used to use one when i was not issued an ID card. But don't use it for illegal use.

That's a very bad suggestion you can use p2p but you won't be able to withdraw them directly to your bank account, ATM, or any payment method that needs your name unless the ID you use is one of your family.

Bisq seems to be good but how to receive USDC into Bisq ?

It seems they don't have a USDC option on their market if you can able to exchange or convert it to XMR there are many sellers/buyers looking for it.

Cash out crypto payment direct to local bank, have to under go KYC process and they is no big deal, and Binance exchange is best through the p2p transaction and is saved and faster without any story, and more reliable before release your fund on escrow, your account will be credited.

Maybe the better choice is to spend time gaining good trust on our forum. Through our currency exchange service you might get a way to cashout crypto payment. Ready to buy USDT Maybe you can request for a trade and ask the company to send USDT to this person and get it paid for you in cash.

Well this is already an illegal use Grin and it's not a good suggestion nor here or elsewhere.
I will never made an attempt like this because I can just risk to have my account frozen or the get some complaint with legal departments of these sites.
Plus a counterfeit document is expensive and not easy to find (for sure who can provide it is not the best people for a deal).... Bad idea Sad definetely a bad idea!

@OP you can always exchange your crypto in a p2p / local market / local rates.
Isn't easy and there is some risk when you meet stranger but I think you can find some valid options...

Most of the exchanges are required KYC now, which can be quite irritating.

It is worth looking on CMC to find out the suitable one for you. If I remember correctly, Kucoin centralized exchange that you could try, it does not require KYC like Binance, Huobi, or FTX exchange.

But there will be certain limitations for non-KYC users and I also don't know if your country has any restrictions on Kucoin or not.

You can visit and refer to:: https://www.kucoin.com

If they can pay in USDC to the customer, this means they are using cryptocurrency. I think they can also help you convert to other anonymous coins before transferring the payment to you. For example, a highly anonymous coin like Moreno, it is a completely anonymous coin if you don't want your information online. Try talking to them.

There are many exchanges present online through which you can easily convert any currency into BTC or ETH.
They charge small fees for the conversion and doesn’t take much time.
Once you convert it to BTC or ETH, they you can easily sell it though P2P deals.
You can go to localcryptos.com and use it’s P2P deals without any KYC process.
In this way you can easily cashout digital currency without providing any KYC.
Hope this helps you OP.

Since you want to prevent KYC, I suggest selling your BTCs via p2p transactions between you and some other person. Though this mode may be risky, I highly recommend using an escrow to utilize the transaction to make it relatively safe and secured at the same time.

If abovementioned procedure fails, then I suggest creating an account in your respective local exchanges. Though KYC documents are needed, you can still create an account but you are faced with certain deposit/withdrawal limitations.

I don't know what country you live in, if I knew, I could talk about some third party peer-to-peer websites according to that country.  I can tell you as a suggestion you can find on YouTube.  For example: How to convert my usdc to (your country currency name) without kyc.

What country are you in. Bisq don't offer great rates but they're a good choice for not having to do any kyc.

I've heard of non kyc exchanges (like relai.ch/relai.appo) but don't have any experience with them so I'm not sure of their safety/reputation.

You could also say you want to trade on the currency exchange board here and ask if someone wants to deal with you (via online payments like PayPal).

Also I think the payment processor revolut can handle crypto to fiat transfers so it might be one to check.
