You can't directly transfer Bitcoin to your Visa Card except you have a bitcoin card like xapo or advcash. Maybe yyou can try on Bitpanda to find an acceptable way to cashout Bitcoin. Or make paperwallet on bitaddress and cashout on Bitcoin ATM in vienna.
Yes I understand that I can not transfer directly Bitcoin to my Visa card. I need to sell BTC and then transfer the money in my card.
Hope to tell me which exchange you use.
And also which of the exchanges can transfer my money directly to my Visa card or Paypal.

In that case, you can use cex.io, After selling your bitcoins you can withdraw your fiat money and send it directly to your visa card. Withdrawals through payment cards are instant which is a good plus.

You can find more information here: https://cex.io/sell-bitcoins
As for the  fees, You can find it here: https://cex.io/fee-schedule#/tab/payments

whether it is possible what i work in ethermine directly go to  cex.io ? I mean now is ethermine->coinbase->cex.io, is it posible to be ethermine->cex.io ?

The only solution I can think is to connect your visa card to Paypal then, use virwox for converting your bitcoin>Paypal funds.

So it will go like this

coinbase>virwox>PayPal

It is impossible to cash out coins directly from the wallet. First you have to exchange your money on an exchanger. I also live in Europe and I use YoBit exchanger for all my moves. Firstly I exchange BTC, then transfer it on other online wallet (I use QIWI, the transaction fee in that case is 0%), from this wallet I transfer money directly on my VISA card for 1,6% fee and money come within three days. This method is very useful and doesn't cost too much.

Right. So you want to basically getmoney onto your card?

If you want paypal funds, i would look onto currency exchanges on the forum to see whether or not any trusted people are currently offering to sell their paypal funds for bitcoin. Only deal with trusted people though.

LBC is a good one as well, you're protected by inbuilt escrow. Though i'm a bit confused, do you just want bank transfer since "loading your card" basically equals transferring money to your linked bank account. If yes, find your country on LBC and get bank transfer funds from there.

I don't know any but I am confused. Why do you want to receive a transfer to a VISA card? If you have a VISA card you have a bank account (unless it's some kind of VCC) So why not selling your coins and then transfer the funds to the bank account. It could be done within 24 hours.

Hello,
I have the following question - from Europe, which is the best wallet which I can link to my Visa card. I want to transfer the bitcoin to money and - on the Visa card. I am currently using a coinbase, but they do not have a transfer option to the visa card. Because I'm from Europe, I can not connect the coinbase with the paypal.
Please recommend a wallet that I can easily transfer to my VISA card.
