Try contact admin or super mobderator for change name
I think u will solved your problem if u have reason

In case if there are two accounts belong to the same user. One account has a good username, but low account status. Another one has a high status - full member, but with a bad username. That's the reason to replace usernames.

I think username change is not possible on this account. If you really want to do that it is better to PM to moderator. Sometime they may have privileges to change username. Huh
