Shouldn't it be possible to check https://blockchain.info/ with the address for receiving coins (top right: search)?

You can use https://blockexplorer.com/ to check the balance on any bitcoin address.
The paper wallet is only different from a local or online wallet in that its private key is stored offline on a piece of paper instead of the wallet.dat file.

'Sup guys,

I've send some bitcoins to a paper wallet, now I want to check whether they've actually arrived and are savely stored in the blockchain. Surely there's some way to do this, but I don't know how.

Anyone care to explain?

Thanks.
