The threads which lists multiple users who provide escrow service are kinda outdated many users are inactive, you can still find for active escrows in service section you can see if the person is trusted from his/her trust rating and past escrow records, to stay safe from scammers always check trust rating and always opt for a trusted escrow if its a big amount you are dealing with.
