Have you been able to resolve this?
I don't think it's a problem that needs to be resolved, it's pretty much easy for you to claim a forked coin once you have the coin in your wallet the time the fork actually occurred, so if you are finding it difficult claiming your coin, I believe you should check out bitcoin SV website to see instructions, though make sure you send you bitcoin out of the wallet before trying to claim coin so that you don't lose your bitcoin.

Hi I have an Electron Wallet that Bitcoin Cash has been in from before the November 2018 BSV fork, what would be the best way to claim the BSV coins from this. Your help and input would be greatly appreciated.
