I want to exchange my bitcoins (less than 1 BTC) for other bitcoins to clean them, but I couldn't find a trading website that does this sort of job. This could be done with real users, but getting fresh new bitcoins coming directly from the trading website to a new wallet would be ideal.

Do you know any trader that does it?

Thanks.

The best solution to clean your bitcoin is use a bitmixer like: http://www.helixlightgrams.com/
Is simply, speedy and easy.
Use just this official link.

There are laundering services you can use on Tor, not commenting on their reliability though since I haven't used any of them myself.

I like bitmixer.io

This appears to be the most reputable one I've seen so far.  A lot of others just have a stench of "sketchy" you can smell through your monitor Wink

Shared  Coin on BlockChain is what you're looking for.  Free, all you have to pay are transaction fees IIRC.

What do you mean by clean them? Launder them or get freshly mined coins or something?
What do you mean by cleaning them?
please be more specific.
By "cleaning" I mean laundering.

Seems like what you need is "Shared Coin", which can be direct used in a blockchain.info wallet.

Actually, after your suggestion I checked out Blockchain.info website and discovered Shared Send which seemed to be truly anonymous, but unfortunately it is not available anymore. (Although it worked when I started the topic 1 month ago, I know)

try btc-e/localbitcoins, both are offchain.
Just deposit and withdraw them.
I never tried those services. Aren't them complicated?

I'm looking for a truly anonymous service, not a mixing service. Bitlaunder.com looks very amateurish and not credible to me. Do you have any suggestions?

Perhaps you could send them to a paper wallet and put it in the washing machine........

You could just sell the amount you have and then re-buy that same amount. I don't know if this helps you accomplish what you are trying to do though
