BitPanda sux big time.
They use that IDNow for verification which just hasn't work for me. After 5 different tries, on different computers, different connections, cellphone etc. talking with them on the camera, them complaining they hear the echo of their voice asking me to adjust the volume (only I have headphones and the problem is not at my end) compaining the data on my passport is not readable (it's readable on my screen, the trouble is at their end again) etc I just gave up. I just cannot verify myself with them. And I don't mind. I'm happy with kraken (I just thought it'd be nice to have an alternative) and I've waisted enought precious time to play their stupid games.
Now I want to close my account with them. I just can't seem to find the option. And when I click on their FAQ there's no search function.
