Some people say the effective way to disarm rude people is to be cool and respond with politeness. If the person keeps doing that, try to talk it out, ask to lower his voice and so on.

Take a deep breath and calm yourself.

You don't have to argue if you are staying cool. But too much is too much, when I encounter people like that. I simply go through and tell them directly if they can lower the pitch of their voice. Nothing wrong to tell it to them that they are becoming rude if you find it offensive and rude to you, just be yourself.

The best is through emails, Whats App or any social network, and if there is no way, politely tell them to respect and that there is no need to scream, everything is with the right words, so as not to seem rude.

Those kind of people are looking for attention and you words will seems like fuel for them. The more you try to convince and prove them something, the more aggressive they will become. So best thing to do in this kind of situations is just shut up, look them in their eyes and let them talk until their mouth gets cold. Watching movies is the best , you can literally enjoy your day even if you are alone. Well i agree on what you have said they are immature because they are being rude even if you talk to them in a nice way. It is really good especially on cold days you just chill and watch.

Very well said , you don't have to argue with this kind of people most of them are immature. Just like you I also do other things just make myself busy than leaving home because I don't usually interact with other people. I just read some books and watch movies.

Basic , just be quiet and don't talk to them anymore. I have experienced talking to someone like this , I mean my family respects me and they never say anything bad about me and someone I know will just do it? its inappropriate and rude. My mother raise me right that's why I will behave when someone raise their voice at me.
