You can look for the website. I figure such gatherings can be held all over the place! You can send a solicitation to this gathering, or some sort of visit programming to check your gathering's expectations. I think there will be numerous individuals willing to take an interest on this.

Its a casual meeting. Some crypto enthusiasts sitting together and discussing matters. I dont think that it needs to be permitted by local governments to sit together. Just invite your people, choose a peaceful place and have a nice day together.

I don't think you need any kind of permission from government if you want to just organized a meetup which is nothing official. Just find a venue, find some crypto communities in your city and ask them to share the event.

Basically its up to you based on this you have to know that your country accepting crypto or not if they accept then you should take permission for authority and based on their permission you can create a group through social media this is how you can do this .
