Don't try to add anyone skype unless you have official ID as there are many fake id's.

Contact their support guy/admin directly via PM

I forgot the password, I tried too many time to access my email account to click the withdraw button. I have submitted tickets to hotmail, and I was unable to provide enough info from when I set up the account.

However I do have the password and 2FA for BTC-e I log in from time to time, no one else is complaining of a hacked account on BTC-e. As far as I am concerned it would make sense I am the only person who will endlessly attempt to regain access to my BTC..

It is kinda BS if I am able to access BTC-e fully.

I was attempting to keep BTC untraceable on all levels however I did learn a lesson of writing detailed notes of every account opened. There is not a whole lot of BTC in there, but a reasonable amount I hope to at some point in the next however hours, days, weeks, months to regain.

There is nothing really about this case that says I (killed) the original account holder, assumed his identity but forgot to aquire the email password from him, thus making me a ruthless hacker, or even a non ruthless hacker.. Nothing about this says hack.

I just want access to my coin, even if it takes a while for them to be absolutely sure it is me.

So even if I translate into russian, where and how do I contact them.

I have tried tickets and emails. There is however the place to view your tickets I also cannot access.

translating to russian helps (seriously)

To be honest though.. if you are locked out of your email how are they going to verify you are the account owner ?
You can understand why they may not want to help if you can't verify with email. It would be pretty easy to just rip off other peoples accounts if they just gave in and didn't verify etc etc..

Also I don't get why you are banned from email ? Hotmail, gmaill, most providers usually have some way of restoring accounts...

Not sure which thread this belongs in, but I am curious if there is a method of contacting them that is successful I have attempted to create tickets. Also, I got locked out of my email, i forgot the password and then got banned from the email for too many attempts. I have BTC in the account at BTC-e, is there anyway to get it out. It has been months now I have made several attempts since i learned of my lockout.
