I've been mining with deepbit for a month now, and I always recieved my bitcoins without a problem. So this is not a configuration problem.

I am having some issues with my balance not changing for a full 24 hours. Basically, I didn't get any coins for all the work I did during this time. I was mining with CGminer and it was accepting shares all day long like how it usually does.

However, I ran into an issue trying to contact the admin. I see that there is an email address at the bottom of the deepbit page, "[email protected]".

I sent an email, got no response for a full day. Then I got a "Mail Delivery Warning" email stating:

I don't know whats going on, and I can't post in the rest of the forum due to having a new account. The user "DEEPBIT" was last seen in January, so I doubt he shows up here often.

How can I contact the admin for technical issues?

I eventually clicked 'reset all counters', and everything started working again, and my bitcoin balance started to increment. But STILL.... I would like to contact the admin about why this happened in the first place...
