Just copy wallet.dat to yojr new client
So i turned on a old computer from 2011-2012 and i have a small amount of btc in the wallet. Should i just copy the wallet dat file over to newer client? dont want to risk anything and havent been around in a while
You will need to start Bitcoin Core with the upgrade wallet option after you copy the wallet.dat file to the data directory.Thank You,
