If you are looking for the most convenient way to scan Ethereum wallets and convert ERC-20 tokens you should consider using https://ethersweep.com

The exchanges sites don't even come close to solving this problem for non-technical users.
Most novice users lack the tech skills to register multiple exchange accounts and generate token specific Ethereum transactions to move tokens to the relevant exchanges and convert on the open market.
For a quick way to convert ERC-20 tokens to ETH, without requiring tech skills or exchange accounts, or 4 days Googling, just use https://ethersweep.com - a one click solution to convert ERC-20 Tokens to ETH. Takes about fifteen seconds.

That is indeed a great option. But do they support NON - ERC20 Tokens?

That said, how can I convert my IOStoken to ETH in the same wallet in MyEtherWallet? Or is it possible to convert it directly to my Bitcoin Wallet (coins.ph)? Because that is how I want it. Convert my tokens to BTC so I can convert it into my local money. Can you please give me a guide on how to convert it properly, because I am still a newbie and this is the first time I am paid by tokens.

You can convert IOS token to Ethereum from CoinSwitch - https://coinswitch.co/coins/iostoken/iostoken-to-ethereum

Step 1. Create an Order at CoinSwitch from the home page.
Step 2. Select the best rates being offered for a particular trade.
Step 3. Send the IOSTOKEN From your wallet to the mentioned address, add your recipient address where you want to receive your ETH
Step 4. Your order is completed.

First thing you must do, check your address in etherscan and look for IOStoken if it have a value. Second, find the exchange where IOStoken can be traded(ask in IOStoken group or check coinmarketcap if available). Lastly, if you find the exchange you were looking for deposit your IOStoken there for eth then when it is traded to eth, you can send it back to your mew to coins.ph to become fiat.

coinswitch.co contains many different sites combined, so you can practically trade any crypto to any other crypto, very easily.
but you do lose a small bit in fees, compared with buying at market price on an exchange.
but on an exchange there's withdrawal fees, trading fees etc, so in the end it might not make too much of a difference!

The only possibility is to send the tokens to an exchange. From the exchange it is possible to make trade of the particular token in exchange for ethereum or bitcoin. To send from the MEW you need to have ethereum in the wallet without which transaction cannot be done.

Yes, this helps a lot. But is it safe if I only use keystore file to access MEW? I heard that the issue is not yet resolved regarding the hacking or something in the server of MEW?

I believe that matter has been solved already (Check MEW's reddit--focus on the mods), then again it is still recommended to run it locally: https://github.com/kvhnuke/etherwallet/releases.

I only used private key to access my MEW. I don't store my tokens for so long. Yeah, I've heard that issue about hacking of eth through DNS from MEW. I just have less than $1 eth, so I do not worry that much. Lol  Grin

I also used coins.ph. here are the step by step guide.
-download any exchange ( I used binance, so let us assumed you have downloaded it already)
-transfer some eth to MEW ($3 is enough for 2 transactions. This will be used to pay the gas fee, without eth balance in MEW you cannot proceed)
Note: If you do not have enough eth balance from coins.ph but you have php balance or btc balance then you can convert them into eth for you to be able to send some eth to MEW.
-go to binance, search iost token and copy address
-go back to MEW, click Send Eth & Tokens  (input copied address from binance, click entire token iost)
-generate and send transaction ( a pop up saying,  your tx has been broadcast to the network, then check your tx status if it is successful)
-recheck your exchange if you received iost token, if does you can sell it right away by iost/btc or iost/eth
-if you already sold the iost token, copy btc/eth's address (from coins.ph) then transfer.

Note: i prefer standard 20 gwei and myetherapi.com as Network ETH

hope it helps.

Well iostoken is being traded on different exchanges ,what you will do is fund your MEW with eth and transfer your tokens on the exchange you choosen.

From your either wallet send your money to exchange (coinbase for example) after selling your coins there, convert it to Bitcoin or ETH) send your coins.ph has this two wallets in that wallet, you can't send directly your coins to that coins.ph wallet since it doesn't contain the property of MEW (with ERC20 something) if you try to send it there is a risk that his coin will fade away or it will say error. watch youtube for more details.
