it is too difficult to convince the people whom you want to work for and with you, you should make yourself a prosperous person..convince people in such a way that what you have to offer is the great opportunity for them if they miss out it ,they will actually miss out something great.. this could work and make people want to work with you....good luck
Be concrete. Stop making them believe you when all you spout is sometimes bull sometimes sht. Really though. And be confident with it.
Stay charming and talk from your heart) and pay on time 
All need money, offer them enough to live and to pay bills + give them the believe in growing and that is it;)
You should have a passion and share it with other people. Also, your idea has to be clear, and it would be good if you made a plan for you business
