Crypto Swap Exchange

There is a software called Youmix.
At a time, few mixers were using it IIRC, and I believe it's still used nowadays by 1 or 2.

Is the spelling correct? A Google search gives different results that are completely far from cryptocurrencies. Even adding the word cryptocurrencies gives the name of a mixer and not a program for creating a mixing service.

The spelling should be correct. But looking on https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcoin-mixer-white-label-what-happened-to-youmix-5358101, looks like it's no longer exist.

Some people say it's harder to track, especially if you 2 different exchange (BTC to XMR and XMR to BTC) where each exchange have different customer and addresses. Of course you can decide the timeframe freely, unless you use 3rd party (such as mixer) which enforce certain time frame.
Outputs like 0.096 BTC are easier to track even if you use BTC to XMR and XMR to BTC

But just like using mixer, you could decide when to perform XMR to BTC conversion. If you don't mind higher fees, you can even convert XMR to BTC in few different transaction.

and privacy is tied to other things like managing a full node or using Tor.

Yeah, but it's not mixer or exchange responsibility.

But you have to know a few stuff because as you can guess, it's not the same as installing Wordpress

If you have not this experience, [banned mixer] is more apropriate to use

Hey guys,
I want to learn how to create a bitcoin mixer, is there's any tutorial available so i can develop it?
I guess it's not easy bro to make a btc mixer. hire a expert to do that. and if you make own, need to really understand Bitcoin transactions or like cryptography system, especially things related to TumbleBit. but, yes these paths can be a little legally vague and have dark connotations. So make sure you know what you're getting into before taking the plunge.

While there are few mixer which claim it'll pass AML check or can be deposited to centralized exchange without problem, it's hard to achieve that in reality. There are many system used to check whether Bitcoin comes from illcit source and nobody know how exactly it works.
I think that whole AML score propaganda is promoted by exchanges and blockchain analysis companies to make money out of thin air on platform and outside platform, I won't be amazed if there is a mixer that's actually owned by exchange or companies that run blockchain analysis. AML score is bullshit, it doesn't tell whether money is illegal or legal, it only tells how well you hide your identity but it's also paradox that it's not completely like that. Blockchain analysis companies often make mistake and their AML score calculation doesn't make sense because it can turn on false positive on completely clean transaction with clean history. It's a new way to market and make money for mixers but I can't blame them, they supply the demand.

It's one of many ways to remove connection/link of your past Bitcoin activity. And while it's true the fees is high, few people use this method either by doing it manually or use mixer which claim to do that for you.
What's the difference between sending 1 BTC to mixer and receiving 0.096 BTC from mixer compared to sending 1BTC to mixer, converting it in 226 Monero, then converting 226 monero and receiving 0.096 BTC. What's the difference? I send bitcoin and receive bitcoin. If it's an instant exchange or withing 24 hour timeframe, I think it doesn't make much sense.

You may be able to create a basic bitcoin mixer by reading github codes and miscellaneous scripts but backend requires knowledge and experience. If your users use mixer to deposit them on exchanges, you have to beat blockchain analysis companies and return transactions to your users with aml score safety. It's not easy as it was in 2016, it's getting very hard these days, more experience and advanced techniques are required to bypass modern restrictions and analysis.

Add to this the problems of changing fees, as the current fee price is very high, and the cost of mixing coins before sending them to the recipient will be very high, and therefore the mixer fees will be higher than many people can bear. Unless you have a lot of funded bitcoins, a simple problem such as an increase in fees may lead you to stop.

Why do you need to convert bitcoins in monero and then convert from monero to bitcoin? You are paying transaction fees and converting fees which will take a lot of amount from your deposit.

One of the mixers that provides this service https://[banned mixer]/mix_advanced
it is  a layer of privacy by XMR (Monero) bridge, in short, they convert Bitcoin to Monero, and since the transactions here are difficult to track, your Bitcoin has been mixed.

If you are a developer, you have to build a script where you will break the transaction history.
If he was a developer, he would already have googled [banned mixer] and would see github code. I think he is not a developer and just wants to create a bitcoin mixer but it's not as simple as installing Wordpress via softclaus.

or converting to Monero and returning again to Bitcoin, and then you must be careful and hide your identity, especially since the mixers are in a gray area, which may be accused of money laundering.

Creating a website is easy task as the user interface is usually two or three pages, but the most difficult aspect is working in the backend and keeping the service updated without revealing identity or using tracking services such as Cloudflare.

To create the user interface, you need some programming codes, a page for the mixer, and another for withdrawing. Choosing the algorithm is either writing it from scratch, linking it to CoinJOin transactions, or converting to Monero and returning again to Bitcoin, and then you must be careful and hide your identity, especially since the mixers are in a gray area, which may be accused of money laundering.

I agree you need to have coding skills and how to employ cronjobs, and how to secure your site Bitcoin mixer is a meticulous site you must know how to protect your online fingerprint, it starts with domain and hosting you must register your domain and get a host that will protect your identity and you must know the in and out of the mixing industries.
Mixing is a very profitable business but it's not the kind of platform that you can promote elsewhere, you have limited places to promote it and in places that you can promote it, you need a huge marketing budget to be competitive, as you can see we have a lot of mixers here in Bitcointalk and each one vying to be the top mixer.

There are many free scripts out there you can use to create your mixing website but I can guarantee you will be the only one visiting that website.
Before thinking of how to create a mixer website, think about how to mix the coins. You need to come up with a new idea on how to mix coins then you can start thinking of creating your own website and starting your business.

If you are a developer, you have to build a script where you will break the transaction history. You need to store Bitcoin, which is fresh and doesn't have much transaction history. The hard task is collecting a large number of fresh funds and splitting them. I mentioned how it should actually be, but I don't have any programming skills. You may investigate a few existing Bitcoin mixers and how they work. So you may gain some knowledge.

Hey guys,

Before answering your query, I will ask why you want to make your own mixer. If you are a developer, then you will not be asking this question in the first place, but let's say you want to get started or want to get an idea of how mixers work. That's why you are asking how to build them.

Secondly, I will say making your own mixer is not an easy task. I am not talking about the coding or funds (yeah, you do need a lot of funds, like BTC if you are planning to make BTC mixers only and other alts if you are planning to make alt mixers).

I am talking about legal cases and pressure from the authorities, and you should have a good knowledge of how to deal with bad usage of your product in action, which means you should have competitive knowledge and skills to deal with live problems. Overall, I will not provide any answers or links, as many other members have already done that. But I will suggest you play it safe.

If you're asking how to make one, chances are, you're technically incapable(at least for now) of making one.

If you really want to work on it though, do some research on how mixers work — on how the coins are jumbled and mixed. Then you can probably work from there.

Do you have any programming skills? Without it, it's very difficult. There is no drag-and-drop Bitcoin mixer creator and these are not Wix sites.
Maybe you can look at Jambler, they offer a ready-made script for cooperation with them. Their Github: https://github.com/jambler-io/bitcoin-mixer
