you can create an asset on NXT or Waveplatform,, both are good platform with simple methode to create an asset,,
and there is a lot of platform,, that you can use to make an assets
Can I distribute the profit share on these platforms. I think about funding

counterparty i think is not competitive if compare use ethereum token asset
transaction confirmation is long time and sending fee is high too because use blockchain block (base bitcoin)

Selling counterparty assets needs to pay fees on Bitcoin network for most operations, making it difficult (and not cheap) to use.
WAVES tokens could be another option for OP, although the only market to accept them may be Tidex.

Here a guide from ether itself: https://www.ethereum.org/token what can I see is it's need cost to build a token/asset. Cost for contract, cost for deployment, ect.
