For price updates and alerts I also use Coindera for coin price alerts. Give that a try too.
Wondering, if you are able to create a spreadsheet that updates prices of coins in your portfolio, could you not also have it email you when the coin hits a certain price point.

It's very difficult to convert an IOS/Android app database into an Excel real time spreadsheet...
