You mean the addresses in the "Addresses" tab?

In Desktop Electrum: Right-click on the address of your choice, select "details"; then click the QR code icon near the address (above);
A QR code of that address will be displayed.
This button:

In Android Electrum: Go to 'Menu/...->Addresses', tap the address of your choice, then tap the green highlighted address and the QR code will be displayed.

Yes you can, Go to receive tab and the QR code is place besides your wallet address. You can download it or screen capture if you want to save it for your future transaction. Electrum wallet typically generate new address but the old QR code will still work even if your wallet generate new address.
