When you are looking for a thread to start a heardle discussion, it is important to be aware of the rules of the forum. One of the most important rules is that all threads must be closed by the moderators before they can be started. If a thread is left open for too long, it may be deleted.
I can not delete the spam comments on the post, the spam comments are diluted threads on my posts. How to contact moderators? And I also want to donate some BTC to my account.
Report them if they break the rules with the Report to moderator button at the bottom right of every post. Or just PM a moderator about it. Also, you could lock the thread and re-open it as self-moderated and you can remove any posts you like yourself without moderator input.

You can send pm to moderator, explain why your thread will be deleted, then moderator will delete your thread.

Threads are not normally deleted unless there's a good reason to. You can lock it at the bottom left but it probably wont be removed or other's posts edited.

No you can't delete some comment in your thread unless that thread you made was self-moderated and you can't delete also a thread unless if you're a mod of this forum. 
Not possible. You cannot delete a thread or delete other user's post on your thread.
