That's right. The evil points are calculated based on the IP address you use for registration of your account and decayes over time. The IP address you use for logging in to your account has no effect on your evil points.
Okay now its crystal clear thanks for the clarification.

I have to admit, it will be quite difficult to calculate without raw data, considering that an IP is usually shared by a number of people, so the evil points may constantly be added up.
So in short. We cant know if we have a chance to sign up using that area IP over time or just go back when the evil points are totally gone. Might as well pay the fees instead. Thanks for the insight.

What I mean by that question is this; when first click on chrome, you locate a place of username and password right? Now when entered the place of username other account that are deflected as a result of VPN and they never got registered will come up and I don't need them because it has no use. How to remove those unwanted account to free up my dashboard

First of all note that it's not possible to delete an account on this forum.
yeah nowadays you can't but on the very first year of this forum you can, that's why we have tons of userIDs that leaves like an empty shell now without a single trace unless publish by theymos I think.

I click save password during registration of my account but I have an account I did same but unfortunately couldn't render successful because the VPN is associated to crime related activities and I still have such an account exist but useless. How can I remove those account that existed but useless because it can't reply or quote in any topic. Please I need your contributions.

Why deleting your account? It sound unreasonable to join a forum you know you were never going to stay.
He just want to have a soloed username account, as far as I understand from the OP's post.

Mind asking how do you know the rate is being decayed slowly and chance to know how it can be measure or its just an assumption?
Theymos has posted about the evil units decay on the forum a couple of times, the one linked above by @hosseinimr93. I however could not find any reference on how to calculate the decay time. Although, I have to admit, it will be quite difficult to calculate without raw data, considering that an IP is usually shared by a number of people, so the evil points may constantly be added up.

This link contains a visualization of the global map from 2018 and one from 2015, you can use it as a rough reference to check decay time.

Oh my bad isnt it considered based on the registration of the user device IP?

This example doesn't show that the evil points decayed, as it happens very slowly and your friend would be waiting a long time to be able to freely open an account.

Note that evil points associated with a particular IP reduces with time.
Can you share the reference of this or any example. Curious how long the time an evil points can totally gone from a certain region.

This happened to my friend that he created an account on forum and when he got in, there is a red note on top of his page means banned and needed to pay some btc. I just told him to create account not using their wifi and create somewhere else then boom he got an account that isnt ban.
This example doesn't show that the evil points decayed, as it happens very slowly and your friend would be waiting a long time to be able to freely open an account. As you said he switched from using a public WiFi to a more personal connection, which means changing IP address, so he simply moved from an IP with evil points to one without.

Note that evil points associated with a particular IP reduces with time, but when an account is already created from that region and associated with some units of evil, the user needs to pay to enable posting as the evil points linked to an account does not decay with time.

Your topic portrait a good point but it unfortunate people don't get your question right. It will be good if you can elaborate more for people to know exactly what you mean by deleting your account.
It means in due time the evil points from a certain place would recede and includes removal of the banned. He didnt mentioned about anything deletion of account.

I think your creating account not able to posting anything. Because this forum banned for your country.
Saying the forum is banned in a country is wrong. Evil IP works to restrict users from creating new accounts if they get banned, so if an account gets banned, a certain level of evil is assigned to the IP address to discourage newer accounts being opened, this units of evil also affects neighboring IPs so nearby users may need to pay a fee to post on the forum, but a whole country does not get banned, it could simply be that a large number of people from a region has been using the forum wrongly.

Note that the level of evil decays overtime.

I still haI remove those account that existed but useless because it can't reply or quote in any topic. Please I need your contributions.
Logout your account. I think your creating account not able to posting anything. Because this forum banned for your country. So, you have to pay some less fees in BTC to enable posting. Otherwise you can use powerful vpn like Solo VPN for any Android smartphone and create a new one.

You will be doing a great favor to the forum if you delete all your accounts and delete yourself. And we, in turn, promise that we will remember you all.
It is strange that you did not find this topic. You usually like to do necroposting.

I'm not sure I am understanding you correctly. Is your problem with the saved username and the password of that account on your browser?
If so, any browser you are using, it should allow you to remove saved usernames and passwords.
For example, in Chrome you can go to "Manage passwords" and remove any password you want. In Firefox, you can click on "Menu" button and then select "Passwords".
