User was online few moments ago(https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/timom-505835) but they didn't say anything. Not only that, account was online few days ago, after multicoingames said they sent them funds.
Their silence is quite strange, isn't it?

That's indeed strange.

I have messaged the user. Let's see what (or whether) he/she replies.

There is an scam accusation open against you. And instead of resolving it, you decided to create a new account and a new ANN thread.

@MultiCoinGames, the way I see it (as you want to run very serious business):

1) unlicensed casino
2) questionable statistics
3) removing important questions/posts from self moderated thread
4) ranting around forum
5) accusing random users and creating random flags https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/mirae-create-scam-accusations-without-any-proofs-not-provide-proofs-of-scam-5169594

These 5 red flags are more than enough for flag type 1.

And not only that, he was doing this too.

Trying to game the flag system. Very shady as hell.

Bob, why you add negative feedback?
Show me the users was scammed, how much they have been scammed, provide proof.
Anyone don't be scammed and you know it, so why you add negative feedback?

There is an scam accusation open against you. And instead of resolving it, you decided to create a new account and a new ANN thread.
Therefore, as you properly quoted, my rating says:

Created alt account instead of properly solving the scam accusation

I did not claim you scammed someone.
But creating a new account to not longer have a flag and negative ratings displayed, while still promoting the business you got the ratings for, is shady behavior.

And anyone seeing your new ANN, should know that there is an open scam accusation and that several user belief your business is shady.

It seems you are not willing to open up making you very unhelpable.
you keep dodging queries and so I rest my case.

Good Luck gaining back the trust from the members.

You might be using custom trust list, in my case, with default trust, Bitcoin_Arena seems to be supporting the flag, he is a DT member according to Default Trust.

Yes, the flag is supported by one DT2 member, therefore it is valid and shown to newbies and guests who didn't explicitly distrust him (which probably not a single newbie has).

How much DT support needs for a flag?

A type 1 (newbie warning) flag - which it is in this case - requires more people (in your personal trust list; e.g. DT) supporting it than opposing.

A type 2/3 flag requires 3 more people supporting than opposing.

Created alt account instead of properly solving the scam accusation ?
And how to properly solving this problem?
We don't scammed anyone, is this not enough?

Oh, I was looking at the wrong account (the one that created this thread which has 1 inactive flag) and not the MultiCoinGames. I can see it.

How much DT support needs for a flag?
More supports than opposites. If it has 1 support and 0 opposites (from DT) then it is active.

User received withdrawal BTC within 1 hour.
We asked him to  confirm this, but he not answered.
You should then be able to at least provide a transaction ID...right? That's what you should be doing to clear off the doubt.
Your casino raised suspicion immediately when you asked users to first"deposit" before making a withdraw.
There has been an ongoing casino scam here and on top of that you started deleting their comments. Would you blame them for leaving you a negative feedback?

Check the scam casino thread for yourself: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/new-scam-schema-on-the-forum-5081286

Users who added feedback and trust, even not registered on site.
They don't have to.

Site not a copy paste, it's licensed scrypt.
 We now working on design.
Sure?
Here are a few of those other websites with similar design

- http://crypto4bet.com/

My issue is not the script but the website design and content used. It's direct copy-paste.
Should have just designed your own before opening up if you really are legitimate.

We're talking not about design, we're talking about trust.

All users get their wins, if you don’t like the design, this is your problem, not mine!

They don't have to registered ? So why they blaming our site in scam without any proofs? They stupid?

Why anyone can''t provide proof of scam but added feedback/flag ?

The flag will only get activated if it gets supported by a DT member. If a random user creates a flag and no DT user supports it (like in this case), then it doesn't mean anything. The flag has no effect in your account, so just ignore it.

I checked the post and the scam accusation and it looks like you deleted posts of those who were seeking answers. This was very easy to resolve. Provide evidence that you didn't scam. Like Provide a Tx id of payment of some user who said that he deposited the amount you asked but was unable to withdraw.
Then professionally talk to the people who left you negative feedback and maybe they can change it. However, it's no guarantee. Different people have different views especially when you started leaving retaliatory feedback.

If you care about your reputation, then it should not be a hard thing to do... Be transparent.

I personally noticed that your website is a copy paste of very many casinos out there. Not even a single word was changed. Something that makes it suspicious.

Otherwise you can't just remove a flag.

First of all, stop creating new topics when you already have at least a couple of existing ones on this subject.

Second, read this thread and you'll find all answers you need: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/trust-flags-5153344

What happened:
User made lie topic about our gambling site without any proofs.
User not provide proofs of scam and spamming in all our topics.
He added negative feedback and red flag without any reasons/proofs.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/mirae-create-scam-accusations-without-any-proofs-not-provide-proofs-of-scam-5169594

We create new unmoderated topic from new account, where users can ask anything. But he again added the flag without any proof.
