Signature campaign works as an advertisement program in bitcointalk for that you can apply on a signature campaign which does have open spot or in bounties which mostly have unlimited number of participants.I have 4 questions.

Signature is an clickable link when you reach member rank or above so signature campaign only accepts the members and above rank for that you need to have enough merits and activities.
it seems like you were making POA without even try to read the bounty thread lol. that doesn't make sense to see that you were creating the same POA almost 3 years and i can imagine how many campaigns that he already participated in. You didn't even understand what signature campaign is. Visit the bounty thread and read more carefully and that's enough. it will never enough if you are a bot

1. Depends on the requirement of said signature campaign
2. Just follow the rules because there are campaigns which does have specific requirements on what boards you should post for it to be counted.
3. You mean those BB codes? Simply show up some design or as a banner which is the main goal of having this signature campaign which is to spread out exposure.

What is the purpose of this thread if you have been a member of this forums for quite some time now and don't tell me in all this time you haven't spare any moment to read about some of the activities happening in the forum, besides your account is not up to what is accepted in signature campaign, what you should be more interested in is ranking up by contributing meaningfully to the forum the best way you know how, render a help or service to earn merit to rank up before considering joining signature.

first you cannot wear avatar because you are just a Jr member rank in which avatar is available for Full member ranks and up.
And codes? in this where the company Put their sites and details so it will be clickable for those who are interested in their company/project.
things that hard for you to find because there are few or at least none are offering now for Junior member ranks.
