Op, you need to understand something. Bitcoin is a currency. It can be exchanged to any other fiat currency out there: dollar, euro, pound, ruble etc.

And now - do you honestly think that someone will create an app, where just by using it you will earn BTC in large amount? That you will receive free money?

Apps you can encounter in Google or Apple store are either: faucets - that mean they will give you MICRO amount of BTC (for $1 you will probably 'work' 1 month) or are scams: fake miners, fake cloud mining apps etc.

I have seen many people talking about earning bitcoin dollars through android apps one of which i came across is bitmaker(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cakecodes.bitmaker) which is available in Google play store. Is it really possible to earn using this app?

is that a faucet on an android? yeah, not worth it tho. I dont believe you will ever earn something significant using any kind of faucet.

these apps are the same as faucets they pay a few satoshi every half hour or so.These are a total waste of time there are other ways to earn more bitcoins out there don't waste time on these.
Yuah you're right faucets where you can waste your time just earning cents of bitcoins for me if you really want to waste your time to earn bitcoin then try to join in some signature campaig nwhere it can give your 10x bitcoin than faucets where you can earn and hold until you complete your bitcoin to start investing

my questions is does those application really safe if we installed because i'm afraid there is some malware into my smartphone and i have been try installing particular application to earn bitcoin before but the results is very less and not worth

it is not worth it to take a risk for a tiny amount that these apps pay you, it is the same payment as a faucet and sometimes even less! so don't even try it.
and what OP did looks more like an advertisement than a question from a brand new account who posted this and disappeared from the face of the earth. check out the last time he was active versus the time of this post there are seconds apart!

There are many apps online, but many of them are fake.
If you are to earn bitcoins, try some apps provided by Xapo, as their apps are good and will earn you some good amount of satoshis per day.

I think it is much more likely that you get some kind of malware on your smartphone than that you really earn an amount that would bring you any further.
The only person who benefits from such an app is the developer.
He can spread advertisements on mobile devices and that kind of ads are the most lucrative ones for the sellers as far as I know.

By looking from the image on your link, bitmaker is same as faucets on your phone. It's better to not do this, because it's really waste your time and really not worth.
You probably won't make anything that is worth the connection and the cell phone bill that you are using these bitcoin apps with.
So what's the point really? Undecided

stop installing these crappy applications on your phone, you are taking risks in many cases of even infecting your phone with a virus.

but in general these kinds of earning through these apps and all the tiny payment ways like using a faucet are a big waste of time and you should avoid them at all costs because your time is worth a lot more than a couple of hundred satoshi an hour.

.You can earn from that app as it is a faucet but do not expect to earn much from it. It will only give youe a few cents or claim a few bucks befre eventually you will get tired of it and decide to find a new source of earning.

Bitcoin is money. You earn it the same way you earn money with the only exception that you can mine it (with expenses).

About that bitmaker thing, it looks to me that it's an app that rewards you bitcoins for viewing ads. Don't know how much you get but most likely you'll get only few thousands satoshi per ad (not even close to about a cent).
