Ok follow me...
1. Get the Youtube video link e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gc2en3nHxA4 (Remember this id Gc2en3nHxA4)
2. There are 4 a default thumbnail images to each video the, URL to these images will be like

3. Now to add or embed youtube video, add img tag and replace Youtube Video id

I think youtube embed videos uses html5 in which our platform does not support. Advertising your videos in this forum is really impossible. Unless you do have a blog where you can put all your videos then simply put your blog link to your signature. Or you can also directly put the youtube link to your signature

The forum does not allow the users to embed the video.
The other thing you can do is to take a screenshot of video in youtube player and then add the video link to the image while posting.

You can't simple because you are still a "Newbie". You need to be at least Jr. Member to be able to post images.
See that the image is shown in the quote above because I'm already a Sr. Member.
Disabled images get transformed into links automatically. When the poster becomes a Jr member, the images that he tried to post previously will automatically be re-enabled (though there might be a few minutes of delay).
