Find someone on the forums with cash.
This was my first thought as well, however, there are very few secure payment methods that I know of.  I do PayPal deals regularly, but I'm paranoid about chargebacks even with the counterparty I've been doing them with, whom I trust.

As far as ATMs go, I have never seen one in person.  From what I've read about them, they don't apparently provide an anonymous means of cashing out bitcoin.  OP, are you in Portugal or the US?  There are ATMs scattered across the states, but I don't know about anywhere else.  I haven't read much about them lately--there used to be a lot of threads about people using them and so forth, but it seems like they were mostly in Europe.  I don't think they're catching on as much as people thought they would, just like bitcoin itself to an extent.

Be careful dealing with people on bitcointalk, because when you're selling bitcoin scammers come out of the woodwork offering PayPal and other reversible methods of payment, and they usually want you to send first.  Always check people's feedback first.  Good luck.

Tks to every single advise. I'm in Brazil, but I'll go to US soon.
After a lot of research, a lack of confidance in P2P transactions, and others factors, I'll try Localbitcoins or other decentralized exchange. Whatever.

is this option good for you?

2-4% depends of the provider.
This site is great. However, there isn't an ATM with the option cripto-> fiat. =(

I'll lock this post. Tks for all the replies. If someone wants to write something down here, please PM me.

In addition to the suggestions that has been made, I think there are some other options you can consider. If you won't use LocalBitcoin, there is another peer to peer site like Paxful which is also a good platform. Another is there are some exchange sites that allows USD transfer just ensure that your country is not one of those allowed then you can withdraw to a domiciliary account with that, you can withdraw USD.

Stay away from ATM's, fees are crazy. Find someone in your city via localbitcoins.com and do cash deals with people with good reviews.

Hi, guys.
I made a post in "Local post" in portuguese section, but nobody can answer my question, so I came here. I hope someone here have the knowledge and share it with me.
The question:
Code:

So, in English:
I'd like to know how withdraw USD in USA, depositing BTC in a wallet and making the exchange there.
I've heard about an ATM that accepts BTC in exchange or so.
May someone explain how to use a ATM of BTC? I'm doing this because I want to get a better exchange rate, due I'm exchanging BRL to USD.

PS: I don't have a US Bank account and I don't want to use LocalBitcoins.
