I think that the best experience you will find on different miner blogs or here on Bitcointalk. There are a lot of different coins but sometimes there are difficulties to find exchange supporting them. For example, recently I mined few HODL coins but I cannot find where to exchange them.
nicehash dont work anymore? When I started mining my first one was nicehash, it checks the best proft. coin and it will mine it.
If you are mining on NH, you are not really a miner...This is about as low of profits that you can make with your system.

That's great insight but that is not how you mine to make money...If you are looking to grow your mining business, the best coins are pre-exchange coins. This is where you make money...mine a new coin the first 24 hours it's live, then wait a month sell on exchange when it comes out.
If you are using whattomine, you are just a little above profit switching...not worth the trouble though. Crypto-coinz calc is a little better but you have to know what you are doing...that can be easily manipulated.
Mining is simple when you have a good process in place...find a good community and work within that community and they will help you decide what to mine.

Usually you will have to first look if the coin is POW (proof-of-work), those are the mineable coins. POS, masternodes, airdrops, and other types of coins are not. Next thing you do is look at the algorithm. The type of mining software you will use is dependent on what algorithm the coin uses. For ETH, as an example it uses the Ethash algorithm and can therefore be mined with software like Phoenix or Claymore miners. All you need to do is use google and search for "crypto miners for algo X."

Correct except for one thing...Masternodes can be POW also.
Again...Hash-Kings platform has all of those algos...although I wouldn't recommend mining ETH...Way more profitable coins out there.

The problem isn't finding new coins...it's finding new coins that are not scams.
There are multiple new coin announcement discord channels.
Check out our new mining platform with most algos for AMD/Nvidia. We have a new coin announcement section and also have something that we call 'admin' coins...these are coins we have researched and believe they are not scams. They usually have a very active discord community, good announcement page, and good website with a good vision. We add new admin coins any time a user alerts us to a coin or we find a new coin worth mining.

2) after i choose a coin and ready to mine, what tool/software i need?

I tried to find answer to this question but didn't have any luck, so please forgive me if it' already answered. The question is: How to find new coins to mine? Is there some centralizes place (website) where I can find all new coins (or most of them) that I can mine?
I'm interested in mining a new coins and hope to hit a jack pot. I was using WhattoMine to check what should I mine, but in several posts I' saw people saying that "if it's on whattomine, it's not anew coin anymore".
I can check board with Announcements, but are the all new coins there?

That is a matter of a research as well as overall information. Read threads here to get a view on different opinions. Read financial news, I prefer wsj. Reddit has a lots of useless info, but also a lot of links to quality resources. Read mining blogs as well as, there are some great blogs of popular names in crypto. Try to follow the trends of different coins for some time. Based on all of that come up with your decision. And even with that we make mistakes.

You ask in the place that you try to find. Announcement Thread on this forum would give you tons of newly coins info.
Yeah, Am doing the same before. But I build a mining pool because I didn't have a physical rig. So, I rent Hashrate from Nicehash and sometimes from Mining Rig Rental and point it to my own mining pool that has been adding that new coins. But after building a Rig, I mine to QT-Wallet (sometimes).

Thanks. Most of those websites are focused on current profitability and I cannot find section with new coins (except on coinmarketcap). Maybe I can try to guess which coin is new based on network hashrate.

These coins aren't necessarily new, but new to coinmarketcap, so its a good starting place. The ANN threads on here are good, but its time consuming to sort through all of the garbage. There are 2 other sites similar to whattomine that are lesser known but tend to list most of the newer coins:
