There's also quite a few tax related calculators on Github if that might help. Obviously, do your own checks of code, and all that, however BittyTax looks like it does everything you need to be done i.e generate a PDF or spreadsheet of all your transactions from a specified address, time, price at time of transfer etc.

I'm assuming you'll be using it for tax purposes, so might be worth a whirl since it would save you having to manually collect the specifics you require from your address, and then input that into a spreadsheet.

Is there a way to change it to GBP?
Yes. Change the fiat currency before clicking on "Generate the Statement" button.
To do so, hover the mouse cursor over "setting" button at top right corner of the page and then "Currency". After that, you will see different available currencies including GBP.

Does anyone know how to find the fiat value of a transaction at the time it was received using a block explorer?
Use blockchair.com. It shows the value of inputs and outputs at the time the transaction was made.
Look at the image below. It's a random transaction made in September 2012. As you see, it's showing only 126 dollars for 10 BTC.

Thanks. That's very helpful. It seems you can also generate a Wallet statement on there to download in a PDF which would be adequate but it's in USD. Is there a way to change it to GBP?

Also, does anyone know an easy way to scrape the transaction data from a bitcoin address directly into a spreadsheet?
Create a watch-only wallet on electrum. Click on "wallet" at top of the window. Select "History" and then "Export".
For selecting the fiat currency, click on "Tools" and go to "Preferences".

Does anyone know how to find the fiat value of a transaction at the time it was received using a block explorer? It used to be easy on blockchain.com/info as you just hovered over the bitcoin amount and it told you how much it was at the time it was received/spent but now it seemingly doesn't. If you click the txid it gives you the original value for the entire transaction at the bottom but that's no good if it includes grouped transactions.

Also, does anyone know an easy way to scrape the transaction data from a bitcoin address directly into a spreadsheet? I need just the received transactions with the following data:

date received
bitcoin amount
fiat value in GBP at the time
txid

Thanks.
