I think the way is very easy after Retweet and share post on twitter and facebook. you simply select the time listed on your post. after that select copy URL address. That's how I usually do. Please try

are you asking for the url of share link ? like on twitter there is retweet link ..
on twitter if we do retweet then we copy the retweeted link ..
but on facebook when you share a post , then you cant directly copy that .. go to your profile page and right click on time of that post , and copy post url .
