First of all, avoid junk food as it would probably help you gain weight but at the same time will kill your organism, if you excercise try to focus on lifting weights rather than cardio, and try to eat at least 4 times per day, lots of proteins primarly, and remember it isn't a process that will bring results from one day to another, so be patient.

Drink lots of beer because the alcohol increases cortisol levels in the blood and the body responds by storing fat around your mid section.
Eat a lot of carbs and fat.
It does not matter where the calories come from, fat, carbs, proteins, junk food or healthy food, it does not matter, the only thing that matters is eating all the calories, the timing or number of meals is also meaningless.

It all depends on what kind of "weight gain" you want.
You can gain weight eating just cheeseburgers, soda drinks and cheetos. But you'll be fucking fat and have a disgusting physique in matter of two-three months.
So, what I can reccomend you is having a specific diet for bulking and going to the gym and do a specific workout for hypertrophy.

Get some sleeping tablets, then each evening have a massive meal eating as much as you can possibly stomach followed by a sleeping tablet. You will fall asleep and your body will have no choice but to process the food into fat because you won't be burning calories moving around whilst your asleep. Make sure the food is of high calorie content as well, no salads, lots of carbs and sugars. That should do the trick!

You should try hitting the gym and having muscle building exercise (muscle is way way better than gaining fats).

By toning your muscle (and building some) you are getting thicker in a healthier way.

Have a big breakfast, I recommend oats and scrambled eggs. Make sure your lunch and dinner are high in protein and carbs and that you're snacking in-between meals. Go to the gym and lift weights 3-5 times a week taking mass gainer protein shake after each workout. Make sure you're getting your rest as well, sleep at least 7 hours at night. You will definitely see gains in weight and size if you keep up the routine.💪🏼

i think taking whey protein along with healthy diet will help in gaining weight

consume whey protein with milk early in the morning before taking anything else and also consume just before going to bed, you can also consume whey protein during lunch or tea time but make sure you take it in morning and night, 3-4 dose in a day should be sufficient in gaining mass

I was like that for the first 21 years of my life.
My advice would be to consistently hit above your calories and lift. Whole milk is great for you to drink lots of it.
But consistency is huge, gains won't happen overnight it takes time. But nothing will happen if you only put in two weeks of effort.

Start at 3000 and if you are not gaining any weight, pump it up to 3500, repeat, if you are not gaining any weight, pump it up to 4000 and so on, although you will gain weight on 3500 calories for sure.

One of my cousins tried this and it didn't make a difference. Guy would eat an entire pizza by himself and not gain an ounce. He just naturally had fast metabolism so he couldn't gain weight from eating food alone. It wasn't until he tried the weight gain supplements that he was able to gain anything (and even then it was only a few pounds).

Naturally some people might have slightly faster metabolisms but it's nothing too extreme, the only thing that makes it hard for you to gain weight is:
1. You are not eating enough
2. You are doing a lot of exercise which means you have to eat even more
3. You have a small appetite

I know of a fast way to gain weight, Its drinking beer every day. Proven that your tummy will get big and fat and heavy. Others is that sleep 8 to 10 hours a day then eat3-5 times a day not including snack time. Do this and you'll get the body you'd want. average daily calories need for woman is 2000 and for man is 2500

You have many ways to get weight, It is harder to lose, but to gain omg. Just do less activity, eat well before you go to bed (the food you eat must contain fat, sugar, salt) and drink soda and stuff like that. Hope this one will help you.

Well Ive known some people who were very thin, no matter what they eat they couldnt gain extra pounds... In special cases it could be a genetic thing where it takes right tine for them get the change in their body..metabolism slows down when older..so take that opportunity to eat even more..more carbo and calories from rice,  pastries, pasta or noodles, soda carbo and carbo...yes exercising will add help as well..but continous constant untimely eating ...heavy large meal like mukbang thing...eat large meal in one sitting... Eating fast and large meals..will also do the trick... Lots of mukbang vloggers gain weight due to eating large meals constantly...of course dont forget to atay healthy avoid to much fatty foods...nor too much sweets..

 Friends of mine usually eat late at night and they're still alive.  Why would it not be safe?
Also, you can raise your cortisol levels in other ways.
