I prefer Zakir over Muhammed when mentioning me!
Just add -k before the pattern for generating many address with same pattern and -o for saving the output to a file. Further commands can be seen by typing vanitygen --help for 32-bit or vanitygen64 --help for 64-bit.
You can use GUI version[1], it is easier.

-k was the command I was looking for I'm having a strange issue when typing --help as the terminal cuts the text in half but I am using a experimental version on a unix system. cheers for the help. You can use GUI version[1], it is easier.

I didn't get you... Do you mean that you want some hundreds of addresses starting with, let's say 1piss
Then I think you will just need to let it work and it will automatically generate them one by one and you can wait till you generate those 100 addies (can generate infinite based on availability and difficulty) with those custom letters...
