That will not work. Electrum generated seeds are NOT BIP39 compliant... and are incompatible with a Trezor Device.

You can however used a Trezor generated seed on Electrum as it will allow you to import a BIP39 seed.

Yes, all hardware does. Just set up your trezor, from buying from official shop, install the firmware, your setup your pin and trezor generate your seed, just don't forget to write it down to somewhere safe recovery purposes.
