HOW TO GENERATE YOUR ETHEREUM ERC-20 WALLET ADDRESS


As our public round approaches, you are required to have ready your ERC-20 compatible wallet. The address that will be generated from the wallet is where your MTSH tokens will be sent to.

We recommend that you use MYETHERWALLET, however, it is not compulsory. Instead of MYETHER WALLET (MEW), you can use other wallet, as long as they are ethereum ECR-20 compatible.

In this article, we will be putting you through on the step by step process of opening a MEW wallet, and how to generate your address.

Before we start, you need a phone or computer system and an internet connection. Below is the step by step process:

1. Go to myetherwallet

2. Click on “New Wallet” and enter a password you can easily remember.

3. Click on “Create New Wallet”. You will be taken to a page that looks just like this.

4. Click on “Download Keystore File (UTC/JSON)” to save your keystore file on your phone or computer.

5. Click on “I understand, continue”, and you will be taken to this page

6. You can click on “Print Paper Wallet” to print your “Private Key” or write it out and keep it safe or save it in your hard drive or USB

7. The next steps will unlock your wallet, and you will be able to see your wallet address. After “step 6”, you will be taken to this page, or you can simply click on “Send Ether & Tokens”.

8. Click on “Private Key”, and paste your private key in the box provided. Note that your private key should be known to only you, and should never in any circumstance be sent, submitted or shown to anyone.

9. Click on “Unlock” to unlock your wallet and see your address. Your wallet address and details will appear just right under the “Unlock” button.

Your wallet address is a long string of numbers and alphabets. This is what you will need in order to be able to get your MTSH tokens.
