There are so many telegram groups who provide airedrops for free and Twitter accounts too so you can easily get from them
There are lots of twitter and telegram accounts for this
Just go to a good ICO (ITO) and complete the its airdrop condition

You will get some VNT token.
Or you need to do some requirement of DEV and get their token...
