Too bad.. Its very impossible to get your btc back.
Unfortunately it is unlikely you will receive any of your funds back at this point. I was one of the lucky few who did get to withdraw my balances there but my total account was only worth about 5 BTC on Mintpal. I heard it was mostly the people with the larger balances that were targeted more.

It is like impossible to get back any money from Mintpal. Many people have lost funds there and none of them recovered a penny.
It is time to move on and be careful not to trust any exchange with your funds, I mean don't left your money there or just keep a small amount as per your trading needs.
