Follow exactly the same process with "ElectronCash" wallet to get your BCH (https://electroncash.org/#download)
For BTG, there is no "electrum clone" at this point in time... so you would need to import the private keys you got from MBC into a BTG wallet that allows either sweeping or importing of private keys... (Coinomi should allow sweeping, BitcoinGold Core will import them... I don't know any other "trustworthy" BTG wallets at this time).
